Understanding your Accuro data

IMPORTANT NOTES YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND BEFORE YOU IMPORT DATA

Accuro do not provide any client data download facilities for advisers from their website.

You will need to request your data from your Accuro BDM and ask them to send you a download of your client data

You should download the sample file attached to the bottom of this article and send it to your BDM when you ask them for your data, and ask them to look at the sample file attached to make sure it has the same column names.

Once you receive the file, it is advisable that you check to make sure they sent you the correct information and that it does match your sample file attached to this article.

If they match, then you can import the data, and if they do not, you will need to go back to your BDM and ask them for a new file that does match your sample file.
Please do not send us the file to check, you will need to check it yoursel
