Date Cancelled field added to Policies and Life Benefits

We have added a new field called Date Cancelled and have added this field to the Policies and Life Benefits Layouts.  This field will not be updated with insurer imports, so you will need to update these fields whenever appropriate.

You are able to manually select a single benefit and add a cancellation date, or you could change all benefits, and the policy.  It is totally up to you.

You need to manually add the Cancellation Date.  It is not updated with insurer imports.
