Understanding your Southern Cross Healthcare data

You will need to have adviser access to the advisers area of Southern Cross https://advisers.southerncross.co.nz/

The data file only contains In Force policies, so if you have existing policies in Adviser CRM and they have since been cancelled, lapsed etc, these will not get updated with any data imports.

You will need to manually update these policies and benefits to their current status.
