Below is a video tutorial on how to connect your Microsoft email to Adviser CRM. If you cannot connect, please see the troubleshooting tips below before contacting us.
- If you are already connected, please De-activate your current connection first.
- Please make sure you have the correct username and password. In some cases Microsoft 365 expires users passwords every 90 days and requires the user to create a new password. To test this try and login into your office account using the link https://outlook.office.com and make sure you manually type in your email address and password, even if these are added for you, ignore then and type these in. If you can connect, you can rule this cause out. If you cannot connect then it is likely your password has expired and so you contact the person who manages your Microsoft 365 and get your password updated.
- Contact your Microsoft 365 administrator and make sure that you have Modern Authentication switched on/enabled.
- If you still cannot connect, please contact us and we will help you from there.
