There are a couple of main reasons why users cannot open emails in Adviser CRM. It's important to remember that we link to your mailbox so we only reflect what is in there. When users get messages like this it is normally one of two things as follows.
- Have you changed your mailbox password in Google or Microsoft 365 and if you have you should be getting errors with every email so you will need to update your password in Adviser CRM.
- Have you deleted the email from Google or Office 365, and this may be the cause if you are talking about a specific email, then you may have removed it from your mailbox.
