Email Storage Limits
For the Free/trial account, the total storage available to the organization is calculated as 1 GB per user. For example, if there are 3 users, the total storage will be 3 GB.
For Paid Editions, the storage limit is 5 GB per user. For example, an organization with 3 users will have a total of 15 GB of email storage.
- Go to Setup
- Data Administration > Data Storage
