Helpdesk formatting test
Each numbered test shows a technique used in our user guides. Next to it is what you should see if the helpdesk keeps it. Screenshot the whole article after saving.
A. Text and colour
1. Coloured heading text. Navy heading - Expected: large bold NAVY text.
2. Background colour on text. White on blue - Expected: white text on a BLUE background.
3. Line height and spacing. Expected: this page is evenly spaced, not cramped.
B. Boxes
7. Coloured pill labels. Overnight Next morning - Expected: a NAVY pill and a GREEN pill.
8. Numbered circles. 1 2 - Expected: two filled CIRCLES with white numbers inside.
C. Layout
9. Side-by-side cards (table). Expected: THREE boxes side by side.

10. Side-by-side cards (modern layout, display:grid). Expected: THREE boxes side by side. If they stack in one column, the helpdesk strips modern layout.
11. Table with navy header row. Expected: NAVY header with white text, alternating row colours.

D. Stylesheets and helpdesk-native styles
E. Characters, icons and images
15. Basic symbols. ⚠ ✓ → — • - Expected: a warning triangle, a tick, an arrow, a long dash and a bullet. "?" means symbols are not supported.
16. Emoji. ? ? ? ? - Expected: a phone, a memo, a calendar and a key. "?" or empty squares means emoji are not supported.
17. Inline vector image (SVG). - Expected: a RED circle. Nothing means SVG is stripped.
18. Embedded image. REMOVED for Freshdesk - it rejects embedded (Base64) images on save. Upload images with the image button instead.
F. Fonts
19. Web font. This line is in a typewriter font. - Expected: TYPEWRITER-style letters.
