What is an Account?

An account as being any of the following;

1. A Family unit
2. A company or business
3. A trust or network entity such as a real estate company
4. Any entity you want to group people together

Whenever you create a new Client, you need to create an Account first, then add the new Contacts to the Account.

What is a Contact?

A contact is an individual person which should be added to an Account.  A Contact could be;

1. A Family member such as husband, wife, dependant
2. An employee
3. A trustee

You should always add a new Contact to an Account, so make sure you have the Account open first, then add the Contact to the Account
