How to authenticate your email and domain

Modified on Sun, 7 Apr, 2024 at 1:31 AM

You may get asked to authenticate your domain to improve email deliverability.  If you ever get asked to do this, you should follow the instructions below.

Before you start, you will need the following;

  1. Access to your domain manager, this is usually given to you by the domain registrar you purchased your domain name from.
  2. You will need to have Administrator permissions in Adviser CRM

If you do not want to attempt this yourself, please book a time with us and we can assist you with this.  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE ABOVE TWO ITEMS BEFORE YOU MAKE A BOOKING
