Below is a Video Tutorial with step by step instructions to install our mobile app on an Android based phone such as a Samsung Smartphone (6 min 52 sec)
If you are having trouble with your current version installed on your phone, please uninstall/remove the app from your phone and follow the instructions below to install again.
- You can click the video at any time to pause it
- You can scroll backward and forward if you need to
- This is for Android based mobile phones only and not for Tablets
- If you want to use a tablet, please use your web browser on your Tablet and access Adviser CRM just like you would on your Desktop computer using the following link https://crm.advisercrm.co.nz
- When you are asked for a Domain Name during the install process please use NZADVISERCRM (just like in the video tutorial).
- Click the Full Screen View like the image below, then click play to watch the video.
