Customisations and Changes

There will be times where you would like to change something in Adviser CRM or you require a customisation.  We have a set process for both so we can accommodate your request and take advantage of how customisable Adviser CRM is.  Here are some quick FAQ's you should know first.  There is a cost to do both.

How do we define a customisation?

  1. If you need us to changing anything from it's default settings, even if you think that that changes you want should have what you want in the first place.
  2. If you want us to create anything new, even if you think that what you want, should already be part of Adviser CRM.
  3. Teaching any of your team to do either or.


Why do we charge to do these?

  1. Customisations add a lot to our workload and take up a considerable amount of time each week, and our pricing does not include customisations.  If it did, Adviser CRM would be much more than what our pricing is now.
  2. Our agreement do explain this in Page 13 Section 2.
  3. We have not enforced these charges to date, but now it is a case of having to because of the amount of work going into these customisations.


What is the process?

  1. All Training session will need to be kept to training only, our trainers will teach you how to use Adviser CRM as it is now and they are not permitted to access your computer and make any customisations or teach you how to make customisations.
  2. If you want any customisations or would like to discuss any customisations, this will provided as part of our Custom Solutions option.  This means you need to book a separate Custom Solutions meeting which is billable at $150 + GST per hour charged and rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes.
  3. If you want a fixed price for any customisations we will need to hold a Custom Solutions meeting, and from there we will talk with you about what you want, and provide a formal proposal which will need to be signed off by the mater Subscriber or an authorised person delegated by the subscriber.
  4. Once our proposal is accepted, we will contact you to talk about timelines and when we can start and when will we finish.
  5. Changes to the Customisation request, will require a Variation Request form to be completed and sent in to us, then we will issue a Variation Proposal which will need to be signed off by an authorised person.

How will remote training sessions work if we want changes done.

  1. Our team will not be able to make any customisations to your system.
  2. Our team will not be able to teach you how to make any customisations to your system.
  3. Our team will train you by sharing their screen and not accessing your computer.
  4. Training session will be strictly kept to training only.
