At the moment, we do not have a single button solution to download your mailmerge documents such as your Scope of Service or Statement of Advice so in the meantime, there is a work around to get these documents as Word documents so you can download and edit as you see fit, then send to your client. In this work around, your Word document will be emailed to you approximately 5 minutes after you complete the merge.
